TEG Global is an MWBE firm (51% owned by Women), and is Small Business Certified by the SBA.

In the new Information technology economy, the best IT professionals are the key to innovation, flexibility, and sustainability of your company’s competitive advantage. In this ever-changing landscape of emerging industry trends in technology platforms, applications, and organizational systems, many companies face critical talent gaps and barriers. Identified barriers include a shortage of skilled candidates (42%), industry growth (20%) and rising salary expectations (16%). This environment of shortage is compounded by labor costs that are rising faster than expected.
I have worked with TEG for almost 10 years. They have provided me with full time and contract SAP resources. I have very high standards for SAP resources. TEG has been thorough in their vetting of candidates with several interviews, technical evaluations, background checks, and drug screens. This has enabled me to spend a limited amount of time finding candidates and more time on the projects I am committed to deliver.

TEG’s speed of response to questions, issues, and requests is very refreshing. They have great depth of experience as SAP recruiters and have a pipeline that is constantly full of qualified candidates. They are forthcoming with all information needed to evaluate a candidate. I use them exclusively for my projects. They are a true partner and are genuinely interested in my success and the success of my clients.

Candidate Testimonal Spotlight: Jim West

When Tom's company succeeds finding a customer with a technical problem to solve, then I succeed by working to solve the customer's technical problems, and that is our "win-win" relationship. In short, When Tom's company succeeds, then I succeed, and that is our "win-win" relationship.

I have known one or two brilliant technical people at times struggling to find a job. It does not matter how brilliant a person may be technically, if they are not able to connect with a good opportunity. That is why I view my relationship with Tom as "win-win" relationship ... where we both "win".

SouthEast USA: 6 ERP Rollout Super User Roles (Training Experience a Plus) - Manufacturing - (2 year contract/100% travel) - Baan or Infor LN desire

Location: You must be based in the SouthEast (Florida, Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina) and be willing to drive to multiple locations in the region.

Travel: 100%- all travel expenses paid for. You will drive for two weeks at a time (rental car or personal car) and be reimbursed for all expenses (hotel, food, gas, etc)

Duration: Two Years

Manufacturing Experience Required.

There are 10 roles for ERP Super Users (Trainers/roll out resources) .

TEG Client made an acquisition of another firm. As the integration is underway, TEG Client needs to go to each newly acquired firm plant and help them transition to TEG Client ERP system (Infor LN).

These resources will be the ones that will travel to the plants and train the workers on how to use the new system.

They will need to have strong customer service / training skills. Have manufacturing experience so they can understand some of the business functions they are supporting.

This role will start in mid-January and go for 1 to 2 years.

They want to start interviewing and locking in candidates in November. This position requires 100% travel. Below is the job description that was provided:

To rollout ERP system at TEG Client plants in the US and Canada by providing on-site user training, conducting system simulation, helping with data migration & user documentation and assist with go-live & post go-live on-site support for the duration of the ERP roll-out project. To rollout ERP system at TEG Client plants in the US and Canada by providing on-site user training, conducting system simulation, helping with data migration & user documentation and assist with go-live & post go-live on-site support for the duration of the ERP roll-out project.

What we know of the job:

A team will go to their assigned location for three months (one month of training, one month of implementation support, and one month of on-going support). The person identified as more senior will leave the location two weeks prior to the conclusion of the project to start the next training at the next location which the other person finishes up.
  • There will be some data clean up tasks during each implementation. So, experience with manufacturing data clean-up, mapping data from old system to new system will be good to have.

Things to look for with candidates:

  • Previous manufacturing experience particularly with interactions with floor level end users and back office workers

  • Other questions asked of candidates:
  • How do you build a bill of materials?
  • How do you build a multi-layer bill of materials?
  • What types of overhead do you apply to a manufacturing process?
